Pro tip: I had a chat with a friend about job interviews that really stuck with me

We were grabbing coffee last week and she said, 'Stop trying to answer every question perfectly, just aim to be the most interesting person they talk to that day.' She works in hiring for a tech firm in Austin. That hit different because I always stress about getting the 'right' answer, you know? She said a candidate who told a short, real story about a project that failed was way more memorable than someone who just recited their resume. It made me rethink my whole prep for an interview I have next Tuesday. Has anyone else tried focusing more on being interesting than being perfect?
