A shop owner in Tulsa made me re-stretch a bedroom seam twice in one day
I was power stretching a 12x14 in a rental over off 11th street and he walked in, put his hand on the carpet, and said "that ripple will be back by spring." So we kicked it in, re-tacked it, and re-stretched the whole room again, and he was right both times. Now I want to know how many of you actually re-stretch after the first pull on a cold day.

Check the pad, it's usually not the stretch.
