Had a seam split right after the homeowner walked on it in a Phoenix condo
Honestly, I was finishing up a job in a high rise downtown last Tuesday, hot as anything. The seam looked perfect when I left, but the owner called me back an hour later saying it had pulled apart. Tbh, I realized I'd used a regular seam tape instead of the heavy duty stuff on that high traffic area by the door. Went back, cut out a small section, re did it with the right tape and a lot more glue. Has anyone else had a seam fail that fast after a walk test?

That Phoenix heat is no joke for glue. What was the floor temp when you installed it?

Ugh, tell me about it. Spencer_wood is right, that heat wrecks everything. Gotta wait for the slab to drop below 85, even at night, or it just cures too fast.
