Just had a customer try to argue that stretch-in is better than power stretching

Some guy in his 50s came into our store last Tuesday saying he's been installing for 30 years and insisted old school knee kickers are faster and just as good. I let him borrow a power stretcher for a small bedroom job and he called me two hours later saying he couldn't believe the difference. Has anyone else dealt with customers who refuse to update their tools?

Old school method has its place. Been doing this for decades and never had a callback with a knee kicker. Maybe you just haven't mastered the technique yet.
