Noticed a huge difference after switching to a power stretcher for the first time
I've been doing residential installs for about 4 years now, mostly using a knee kicker and brute force on hallways. Last week I finally rented a power stretcher for a big living room job in Akron, and the carpet laid flat with almost no stretching struggle. Is that kind of before and after gap normal for everyone's first time, or did I just get lucky with the room shape?

Wait, WHAT? You've been doing carpet for 4 years and just now tried a power stretcher?? That's wild. I thought everyone used one from year one, like it's the whole point of the tool. Girl, the knee kicker is for edges and patches, not full rooms. That gap you saw is 100% normal, your back is probably thanking you too.
