A guy at the Harris Teeter on South Blvd told me he's renting out his garage for $900 a month
Ran into him in the checkout line near the NoDa side and he said he cleared out his garage and listed it as storage for $900 a month. He said people moving into those new builds off Plaza Midwood need somewhere to stash boxes while they close. Two months in and he's had six calls. Makes me wonder how many other folks in Plaza Midwood are sitting on a spare room or shed they never thought about renting.
