After she told me the staged shots made the 3-bed bungalow in Plaza Midwood feel 'cold like a catalog', I started leaving one lived-in coffee mug on the counter for shoots, and that tiny detail got us 2 extra showings in a week, anyone else get weird feedback like that from sellers?
