Closing took 3 weeks longer than the estimate, here's what did it

I put an offer on a place in Plaza Midwood back in March and the lender said 30 days to close. Ended up taking 51 because the seller's HOA packet had a typo on the parking space number, which held up the title search for 11 days. My realtor had to call the HOA board president directly and he finally emailed the corrected document at 4pm on a Friday. Has anyone else had a closing drag out over something this dumb and specific?
