Eight hundred bucks just to look at your own place before you sell it? That's wild. My whole home inspection when I bought was half that. What did they even find for that kind of money, a cracked outlet plate? Seems like a major rip-off for a condo that's probably in decent shape.

My realtor said pre-listing inspections can actually save you money, hannahs71. They find the small stuff before a buyer's inspector makes it a big deal.
