I swing by that stretch near Prosperity Church Rd almost every day on my way to the gym and last Tuesday I counted 9 new frames going up on one street alone. Six months back that same patch was just dirt and a single model home, so somebody clearly thinks buyers are still coming. Is anyone else seeing this kind of pace on the north side, or is it just this one pocket?
