Hot take: I chose South End over NoDa last spring and I'd make the same call again

I was looking at a 2 bed condo in each for around $340k back in March and went with South End because the light rail stop was a 4 minute walk instead of 15. Curious if anyone here thinks NoDa's restaurant scene will close that gap in the next few years or if I'm just rationalizing.
