I finally added up what I lost by skipping a sewer scope inspection on my South End buy in 2019
That $400 I saved turned into a $12,000 line replacement after the roots crushed the old clay pipe two years later, so has anyone found a good inspector who really checks the underground stuff?

Call Randall Sewer and Drain in Everett. They did my whole line replacement for a fair price and scoped everything beforehand. They found a crushed section the other guys missed entirely. Been recommending them to everyone in South End since.
