Sounds like a total bubble about to pop. People are overpaying for houses they haven't even inspected properly. That extra 75k is just panic money, and the buyer will regret it when the market cools down.

Man, this reminds me of my cousin. He bought a place last year sight unseen, and the basement floods every time it rains.
