Just had to pick between a house in NoDa or one in Plaza Midwood

We went with Plaza Midwood because the yard was actually big enough for our dog (like 0.25 acres, which is rare there). Anyone else faced a similar choice between two hot neighborhoods?

Totally get that! We chose South End over Dilworth just for a decent driveway, it makes all the difference.
