Just saw a flipped house in NoDa versus a renovated one in Plaza Midwood
The flip had cheap vinyl floors and paint over every problem, but the reno kept original hardwoods and actually fixed the foundation. I'd pay an extra 50k for the one that won't fall apart in five years. Anyone else notice how many quick flips are hitting the market right now?

Hold up, is it really that bad? Vinyl floors are fine for a lot of people, and fresh paint is a plus. Not every buyer is looking for a forever home. Some folks just want a place that looks nice now without a huge project. Those flips sell fast for a reason.
