My photography project showed me Charlotte's hidden real estate gems
I started taking photos of different Charlotte neighborhoods for a personal album! It made me see how much new development is popping up in South End. A friend in real estate said areas near the light rail are super hot right now. I never realized how location trends can shift so fast. Now I always check transit maps when browsing listings!

Oh, I heard the new train lines are pushing up home prices nearby. Guess walking to the station is the new luxury.
