Rant: The weirdest showing I've ever had was at a house on Queens Road West
I was showing this cute bungalow last Tuesday, and the buyer brought his pet parrot. The bird got loose, flew into the kitchen, and started squawking at its own reflection in the stainless steel fridge for a solid twenty minutes. We couldn't hear each other talk, and the owner's cat was hiding under the couch the whole time. Has anyone else had a showing go totally off the rails because of a pet?

Remember that time a client's dog got super into sniffing one specific floor vent? We never did figure out what was down there.
