That route brings in a ton of new business and jobs, hernandez.jordan. Landlords have to cover their rising costs too, from taxes to building upkeep. A three hundred dollar increase just reflects the area getting better and safer. It's basic supply and demand with more people wanting to live there now. Your old place is probably worth a lot more, so the rent matches that new value. People forget that property values going up is usually seen as a good thing for a city.
