Took me 3 weeks to find out the "garage" at a Plaza Midwood listing was just a carport with a tarp
Saw a place off Central Ave listed with a "detached 2 car garage" so I drove over with my tape measure ready to talk shop. Turns out it was a carport with a blue tarp bungeed to two posts, and the listing agent kept saying "it's got real potential" every time I asked about a door. How do you all bring up stuff like this without the seller thinking you're just being picky?
