Update: my Zillow saved searches were all set up backward for 8 months
For 8 months I kept refreshing my saved search for 3 bed homes under $380k in Plaza Midwood and getting almost nothing, and I finally had a buddy look at the filters last week. Turns out I had the square footage slider set to a max of 900 sq ft, so I was filtering out every normal house in the neighborhood. How do you all organize your saved searches without missing whole parts of town?
