Warning: that cheap home inspection might cost you big
Found out my inspector missed a whole section of roof rot for $350. Now I'm looking at $4,000 in repairs. Anyone else get burned by a low cost inspector?

Oh man, that sucks so bad. My friend literally just went through the same thing last month. She paid like $300 for this dude who promised a "thorough inspection" and he missed a massive leak in the attic that ruined half her drywall. Now she's stuck with a $5,000 water damage bill and the guy ghosted her when she tried to call. It's honestly scary how these cheap inspectors can just miss huge stuff and then disappear. Hope you can get some of that money back somehow.
