Wasted $350 on a home inspection that missed the foundation crack in my 1962 ranch off Central Ave
The guy walked the crawlspace in 15 minutes flat and gave me a clean report, but my contractor found the crack two weeks later and quoted me $8k to fix it. Has anyone in Plaza Midwood found an inspector who actually takes their time down there?
