Why did I keep skipping the county GIS site and just trusting the listing photos?
Last month I was about to put an offer on a place off Beatties Ford Rd when a buddy asked if I'd pulled the parcel map yet. Turns out the lot line in the photos cut off about 12 feet of shared driveway that wasn't even mine, and the county GIS site showed the real boundary in like two minutes. I'd been using listing photos as the map for years. What other free county tools am I sleeping on that would've saved me this headache?
