Rant: A catering gig in Phoenix went from disaster to perfect in one day
We had a 200-person wedding booked, and the main fridge died overnight with all the proteins inside. My sous chef drove to three different markets at 5 AM to replace everything while I reworked the menu on the fly. Has anyone else pulled off a full menu swap under that kind of pressure?

That "logistics miracle" @tessa_lewis mentioned is really about people staying calm. I see it all the time when folks focus on solving the problem right in front of them instead of panicking. It turns a disaster into just a hard day's work.
