My client in Denver insisted his new insert didn't need a liner because the old one was 'fine'.

The old clay tile was cracked in three places, which I showed him with the camera. How do you convince homeowners that a visual inspection isn't just an upsell?

Allen's right, that old liner is a fire waiting to happen.
