Update: That stat about 1 in 4 house fires being from dirty chimneys actually changed how I quote jobs
I saw it on a NFPA page somebody dropped in a Facebook group. 25% of home heating fires come from creosote buildup. That's a quarter. I've been doing this 11 years and I always treated a level 2 as routine. Now I tell customers the number and they book on the spot instead of shopping around. Am I the only one who never looked it up until now?
