Community solar programs vs rooftop panels - I did the math

I spent 3 months comparing community solar subscriptions to installing my own panels in Phoenix. Rooftop panels saved me $600 more per year after the tax credits, even with the high upfront cost. Has anyone else run the numbers and gotten a different result?

I read something about how Phoenix heat actually makes panels less efficient than they'd be in milder climates. Maybe that $600 gap is smaller in other places.

Yeah my setup in Florida runs way better in winter than summer, no joke.
