Had a weirdly great day installing rain barrels last Tuesday in Portland
The homeowner actually helped me haul the 55-gallon drums up from the basement, which never happens usually I'm doing it solo. Has anyone else had a customer actually pitch in like that or am I the only one?

57 gallon is a beast to move even with two people, so that homeowner probably saved you an hour of back labor right there. Basement stairs plus a 55 gallon drum is a recipe for a blown out knee or worse, so that's a solid win for your lower back today.

Wait, did they help you lug them UP from the basement or were they already up there and just helped you carry them outside?
