Standing in my driveway in Rochester last month, I watched him blow a pile of leaves straight into the storm drain on our corner, so I started taking 5 minute videos every Saturday morning. Six weeks later I had enough clips to show him and a few other folks on the block, and he switched to mulching his leaves into the beds instead. Anyone else had luck with the slow evidence approach instead of just going over and yelling?
