What's the big deal though? My house is fine and my bills are normal. Seems like a solution looking for a problem.

Idk, I feel like people just love to catastrophize these days. Not every little risk means we gotta overhaul everything. Unless you've actually seen the problem yourself, it kinda just feels like noise.
