Was skeptical about compost pickup, now I'm all in

I thought paying $22 a month for a compost service was bougie nonsense, but after 4 months I checked the scale and we cut our trash bags from 3 a week down to 1. Mostly food scraps and greasy pizza boxes that used to stink up the garage. Anyone else try this and see a real difference or was it just my household?

Man that garage stink relief alone is worth the $22 honestly. We started ours last spring and I was the same way, thought it was some yuppie thing but now I'm literally mad at myself for not doing it sooner. The pizza box thing is huge too, those used to sit in the trash for a week and just wreck the whole kitchen. Plus our trash can doesn't get that nasty sludge at the bottom anymore which was always the grossest part of taking it to the curb. Sounds like you got a solid setup going, stick with it.
