Actually, I think the warranty thing is a bit different here - most coolant systems I've looked at have a 30 day warranty, not the standard one year. So it's not that it broke right after warranty, it's that it never really worked from day one. Your mileage may vary but I'd say check the return policy before buying anything in this niche.

Ugh, this hits home. It feels like every company is cutting corners now, making stuff that breaks right after the warranty ends. My mom's new coffee maker died in three months, and my own headphones just snapped at the hinge. It's not just one brand, it's everywhere you look.
