Yeah, "hold up" is right - the offset is what makes or breaks this. I've seen people get burned by mismatched offsets where the part looks right but the bolt holes are off by a few millimeters. Your mileage may vary depending on the year and trim though, some models have weird offsets that don't show in the catalog.
