Trade show floor in Chicago made me rethink my tool cart setup

Went to the Midwest Machine Show last month and watched a guy from a shop in Rockford set up his whole cart in about 8 minutes flat. He had every tool in a labeled shadow foam insert, no drawers open, nothing dangling. Made me realize I spend more time digging for wrenches than actually cutting metal. Anyone else switched to a foam organizer after seeing something like that, or do you prefer the chaotic drawer method?

Wait, those foam inserts are usually pre-cut for specific tools, so if you swap out a wrench size or add a new bit, you're carving it up by hand and it never fits right again. I'd say the Rockford guy probably spent a whole weekend on that setup, not the 8 minutes you saw.
