Vent: My brother-in-law, who runs a small fab shop, said 'a good operator just needs to push the green button'.

We argued for an hour, but him saying that made me realize how much our skill in reading the machine and adjusting on the fly gets overlooked. Anyone else feel like the real work happens after the cycle starts?
