Figured fast coffee was the way to go, but a full day cold brew soak changed my view.

Cold brew for life, it just hits different. That extra soak time is worth it.

Totally agree... that smoothness is everything. It just doesn't have that bitter bite. Once you go cold you never go back.

Yeah that extra soak time really does change things. My buddy used to get brutal headaches from regular coffee but cold brew doesn't mess with him at all. He says it's the only way he can drink it now.
