Had a perfect cup of coffee last Tuesday and it ruined my whole week
I dialed in my pour over just right, 93 degrees water temp and a 25 second bloom, and now every cup since has tasted like disappointment because I can't seem to hit that same balance with my local water.

Blame it on the water for showing off that one time and now it won't commit to being that good again lol. 93 degrees is basically a high maintenance relationship with your kettle too. Guess you're stuck chasing that perfect Tuesday like it was a one hit wonder.

@ParkerB75 my friend actually had a kettle die mid-pour chasing that exact Tuesday magic.
