I finally tried the $18 aeropress filter hack a guy at a farmers market in Boise told me about
I thought the metal filter was just hipster nonsense until I actually compared the same bean side by side and the cup came out way cleaner in the finish. Been running it for 3 weeks now and I'm not going back to paper. Anyone else notice the difference or is it just me?
