Watching coffee drip slowly made me rethink my rush.
I've been using a Chemex for my morning coffee, and it takes a solid five minutes to brew. At first, I hated the wait, but now I use that time to just stand there and not check my phone. It's become a small moment of calm in my day. I think a lot of coffee lovers are finding value in these slow methods lately.
