Asked in my neighborhood Facebook group and got 14 replies that were all just people saying "I need one too," but posting the same question in my city's subreddit got me 3 real names with actual prices. The difference was that Reddit folks explained why they liked someone, not just that they did. What's your go to for finding a trusted trade person in a new city?
