Monday morning call about a server that "just stopped"

Got a frantic call at 7am from a dental office in Austin where their whole network went dark. Turns out a cleaning crew had unplugged the UPS to vacuum under the desk, and the battery was so dead it couldn't keep up. Anyone else ever show up to a problem that simple and feel both relieved and annoyed at the same time?

Came in at 6am once because an intern unplugged the main switch to charge their phone. Felt like a genius and an idiot all at once.

The real genius move would have been to make the intern fix it themselves at 6am, @allen.amy. That way they'd learn never to unplug things without asking first.
