Remember when you had to explain what a driver was to every customer?
I had a guy in my shop in 2008 hold up a floppy disk and ask if it was the 'internet square'. Has anyone else had a client moment that perfectly captured a tech era?

That 'internet square' thing is amazing. It reminds me of a customer who called their computer tower 'the hard drive box'. They'd point at the monitor and say the computer was fine, but the box under the desk was making a scary noise. Took ten minutes to figure out they meant the actual CPU.
