That sales pitch about 'military grade' drives me crazy now
Had a customer last spring swear their laptop was built to survive anything because the ad said military grade. Dropped it from a desk onto carpet and the hinge cracked clean off. I think they just slap that label on anything with a thicker plastic shell these days. Anyone else have customers believing marketing talk over real testing?
