The tech bench count hit 4,000 tickets logged and I finally saw the pattern
Out of roughly 4,000 machines I've worked on in 6 years, about a third came back within 90 days, almost always the same 4 or 5 problems I rushed through. Now I run a 20 minute burn-in test before any pickup, and I want to know if you all do a similar check or just hand it back once it boots.

20 minute burn-in? Push it to 24 hours, catch the heat issues too.
