Serious question, ever had a pour go so wrong the inspector just walked away laughing?

Last Tuesday in Phoenix, we hit a 3-inch slump on a 40-yard garage floor and the bull float just sank. Has anyone else had a mix that bad from a batch plant?

Remember a job where we had to shovel in four extra bags of cement per yard just to get it to hold a edge... felt like pouring soup. We ended up renting a power trowel way earlier than planned and just kept working it. That @lucas165 story about the pothole hits home, we used our washout once to patch a low spot in the client's access road. Sometimes you just have to adapt with what the plant sends you, even if it's a total mess.
