Tried a power trowel on a small pad and almost wrecked the surface
Threw a 36 inch power trowel on a 400 sq ft patio in Austin last week and it left washboard marks everywhere because I was going too slow. Anyone else stick to hand floats on anything under 500 sq ft or am I just bad at feathering with the machine?

Man, 36 inch on a 400 footer is overkill, I'd grab a 24 inch max.
