A friend told me about the honey purity debate, and now I'm hooked
We were having coffee, and she mentioned how some honey brands might not be 100% real. She said there's a whole theory about companies mixing in syrups. I started reading forums, and the arguments are intense. Some say it's a scam, others call it nonsense. It's made me check labels every time I shop.

Ever hear about my friend's local honey that crystallized into solid sugar lumps? She bought it straight from a farm stand and it was still basically corn syrup.

Actually, that whole debate feels a bit overblown sometimes. Local beekeepers at the farmers market are usually a safe bet if you're worried. Saves a lot of label checking to just skip the big brands.
