I finally dug into the JFK files myself instead of reading summaries

Everyone keeps saying the second shooter theory is dead. But I spent 3 days reading the actual Warren Commission exhibits online. There's a railway overpass photo that shows something behind the fence that the official report just brushes over. Has anyone here actually read the full exhibits or just the headlines?

Dude that's dedication right there, mad respect for actually putting in the time on the primary sources instead of just taking the headlines at face value lol. I haven't dug into the full exhibits myself but that overpass detail sounds sketchy and I totally get why you'd want to call it out.

That railway overpass stuff is exactly what got me looking into it too. I remember hearing an old interview with a guy who was standing right there on the overpass that day, and he swore he saw a puff of smoke and a figure running behind the fence right after the shots. The way he described it, you could tell he wasn't making it up for attention. It's crazy how many of those witness statements just got ignored or written off as confused. The Warren Report has a whole section that basically says those witnesses must have been mistaken because of the chaos. But when you actually read what they said, it's way too specific to just brush aside like that.
