The 2015 satellite images of that field vs last month, something moved it

I spent 3 hours comparing Google Earth shots of a plot outside Reno and the treeline shifted about 40 feet in 8 years, no logging permits filed that I could find. Anyone else notice terrain like this that changes too neatly to be natural?

Did you check the same season, or could that shift just be shadows and drought stress playing tricks?
