Unpopular opinion: I thought the chemtrail folks at my kid's school were out there until I read the actual water report
So here's the thing. For two years I rolled my eyes at this mom named Dana who kept posting about the water in our town of Milford and how the fluoride levels were creeping up. I figured it was classic conspiracy stuff and tuned her out. Then last spring our neighborhood got a letter about a water main break, and for the first time I actually pulled the annual water quality report off the town site. There it was in black and white, fluoride at 1.3 mg/L, up from 0.7 about six years back, and nobody ever sent a notice about the change. I went down a rabbit hole and found the state records online, plus three meeting minutes from 2019 where they approved the bump in a 4 to 1 vote on a Tuesday afternoon. I'm not saying it's poison or anything, but Dana was right that they didn't tell us, and I felt dumb for writing her off for so long. Has anyone else here actually pulled their own water report and found something that surprised them?
